Covers glued near spine. It is hard to say for sure but I think the back cover was once detached. Front cover had spine split going half way down. Right edge of covers & pages trimmed. Moisture on lower right of the front cover. First page almost gone. Tape on inside edges of front cover. Several chips to pages.
